The goal of our recruitment and selection process is to match the skill and abilities of individuals to the available openings whenever possible. All new hires are required to pass a pre-employment physical, which includes a drug screening and also submit to a criminal background check. All profession licensed certified employees must provide Serenity Care Services, Inc. with copies of current licensure, as well as current auto insurance verification. Current staff is required to supply Human Resources with copies of these documents on all renewal or extension dates. If an employee fails to provide these documents prior to their expiration date, the employee is considered to be out of compliance and will not be permitted to work until such document(s) is/are current.
